The Cottages are owned by Robert & Kelli Yates. The Yates Family runs a successful hunting lodge in Uvalde, TX. Robert enjoys fishing tournaments in Spring and Summer during the slow season at the hunting lodge. Frustrated by the lack of affordable clean places to stay close to the lake they decided to develop The Cottages At Sam Rayburn.
The first phase of The Cottages will be four 725 sq ft 2 bedroom, 1 bath houses. Each house will have 4 full size beds and a full kitchen. Each Cottage has washer/dryer and is fully furnished. Firepit/gathering area are some of the other features planned to make your stay more pleasant.
THE TEAM
Robert and Kelli married in 2010 and started their family with 2 girls. "We love anything outdoors and believe this has been God's plan for us to provide The Cottages to you. We love to camp as a family and would love to be able to provide the same joy to yours!"
